The majority of the inhabitants of this planet live in some form of grouping that we call a "state." Every officially recognized state has some form of government that determines and enforces the rules by which people should live in that state. There are states where these rules were mostly set by representatives freely elected by the majority of inhabitants, and then there are states where the rules are determined by representatives predestined by their origin or by an interest group that chose them from their midst. In the end, it always concerns a certain privileged group that is reluctant to leave its positions, with their expulsion being served either by election results or the use of brute force. In the articles that will gradually appear in this section, you will find reflections on various aspects of state regimes, the actions of politicians, and also of citizens, who live in large packs within territories marked on maps. Some of the topics you can look forward to include:
A common enemy - the only way to pull together
Is democracy or dictatorship better?
Could constructive opposition succeed?
Government, what have you done for the citizen today and why?
